Women's auxiliary records, 1898-1964.

Correspondence, minute books (1898-1964), scrapbooks (1929-1964), and other papers of the St. Paul Women's Auxiliary to the Railway Mail Association. The organization was begun in October, 1898 as the Ladies' or Women's Auxiliary to the National Association of Railway Postal Clerks and by 1904 was known as the Women's Auxiliary to the Railway Mail Association. In 1950, the name was changed to the Women's Auxiliary to the National Postal Transport Association. The Auxiliary disbanded in 1964. The group affiliated with the Minnesota and District Federation of Women's Clubs in 1907.
